WRSE seeks a new chair as Simon Cocks steps down

Simon Cocks is to step down as independent chair of Water Resources South East (WRSE) before the end of the financial year. He will remain in position whilst the organisation, made up of the six water companies that operate in south east England, complete the appointment of a successor.

Cocks (pictured) has chaired the regional water resources planning group since Autumn 2016. His successor will pick up the reins of developing a multi-sector regional resilience plan for south east England which could lead to £17bn of investment in water resources over the next 75 years.
