Water2business appoints news managing director

Water2business’ chief operating officer, Andy Coates, is to take over as managing director, following his predecessor, Charley Maher’s recent appointment as chief executive of the South Staffordshire Group.

Coates (pictured) has six years’ experience in the water retail industry and has helped to shape water2business into a national retailer with leading customer service performance, which includes the best complaints record of all large retailers and a market compliance record performance of 97.2%.
