Water Plus bags two prizes in latest haul

Water retailer, Water Plus, has won two titles in a Midlands-based awards programme: Best Business Water Retailer and an Environmental Excellence award for work with organisations on controlling water use.

The company reported having bagged six awards since March. It won a UK Customer Satisfaction Award this year and a Global Gold Award for Water Management in the Green World Awards 2023, after entering the separate awards for the first time.

Water Plus picked up its latest titles under the Midlands Enterprise Awards programme run by magazine, SME News.

And Water Plus claimed that, in May 2023, it became the first water retailer with 5,000 or more supply point identification numbers to achieve a “100% data quality score”, , through its work engaging with customers, and the high score has continued since then.
