Water Plus bags newly minted customer satisfaction award

Water retailer Water Plus has won a national customer award for its work helping organisations, in raising awareness of water efficiency.

On its first time of entry Water Plus picked up a trophy at the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Award –  the Sustainable Customer Service Award.


The prize was a new addition to the institute's list of awards – for showing “how its sustainability initiatives have positively impacted the customer experience and showing evidence of positive outcomes for the business, the customer and the environment.


Chief executive of the Institute of Customer Service, Jo Causon, said the new award. Reflects the fact that sustainability is increasingly vital to business success and should encompass environmental impact; corporate governance; fair treatment of employees, suppliers and customers; and proactive community engagement.”
