Water pair awarded in Birthday Honours list

Two water sector people were decorated in the King’s Birthday Honours this year.

Executive director of customer and operations at Northern Ireland Water, Desmond Nevin, was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire for public service.

Technical specialist for the Environment Agency, Ann Doyle, was made Medallist of the Order of the British Empire for services to water regulation and to the community in Warrington.
