Two join Utility Regulator board

Northern Ireland’s Department of Finance has appointed Paul McGowan and Anthony Pygram to the Utility Regulator’s board, for seven-year terms.
McGowan worked with the Commission for Regulation of Utilities for 23 years, until 2023, which included three years as chair.
Pygram has 20 years’ experience in regulation, covering competition, energy, water, payment systems, accountancy and legal services.
