Trading parties hold MOSL in higher regard in latest survey

Water wholesalers and retailers rated MOSL 4 out of 5 for key service provision in the latest mid-year trading party survey circulated in October. This was up from 3.8 last October.

The score breakdown was:

• Market operations 4.2 - up

• Market assurance 3.8 - stable

• Market improvement 4 - up

• Governance and support services 4.3 -up

• Engagement 3.9 - up

• Website 4 - up

There were 27 respondents, representing 87.8% of market share. MOSL will issue the next survey in Spring 2023.
