Tideway flags up board changes

Thames Tideway independent, non-executive director, Michael Queen (pictured) is to succeed Sir Neville Simms as board chair when he steps down in September 2024.

Meanwhile, deputy chair and chair of the Audit and Finance Committee, Richard Morse, will retire from the board in June 2024 on completion of the company's annual reporting cycle.

Independent, non-executive director, Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith will succeed Morse in both of his roles.
