British Water’s 2024 Water and Wastewater Company Performance Survey is open until 28 June.
Contractors, consultants and suppliers are invited to rate their water company clients in 12 key areas such as innovation, professionalism, contractual approach and communication.
British Water will use the feedback to support its work to drive improvement for suppliers working in the sector. It said: “With an expected increase in infrastructure spend across the UK, your insights are crucial for informed decision-making.”
