Stantec has appointed two new operational directors to its UK and Ireland water business.
Mark Tindale (pictured right) and Maire Lenihan (left) will be responsible for overall business performance and securing new opportunities in their respective regions. Tindale will work with Stantec’s team in the South to drive growth in the Midlands while Lenihan will focus on the North.
Lenihan joined Stantec’s New Zealand operation in 2017 where she was responsible for developing long-term, multi-sector client partnerships in the South Island, and managing infrastructure projects throughout the region covering water and wastewater, master planning and solid waste. In 2019, she moved to Dublin with Stantec where she was client services manager with responsibility for operations across Ireland. Tindale has joined Stantec from Arup where he spent 22 years gaining international experience in the water industry. He also led water activities in the Midlands, advised Ofwat, Thames Water, Severn Trent and South Staffs.
