Southern Water strikes four sewer services deals worth £540m

Southern Water has struck AMP8 contracts worth £540m in total  with three companies to boost its wastewater network performance.

The work is in four lots, with maintenance and manholes workstreams each with Lanes Group; sewer rehabilitation projects with Cappagh Browne; and sewer sealing with McAllister Bros.

The partners will be responsible for delivering essential frontline sewer services, working collaboratively with Southern Water.

The five-year contracts will start in April 2025, with the potential for contract extensions.
