Southern Water has opened a £150,000 grant scheme to fund business customers in its area to save water.
Applications for its new Business Partnership Fund are open until 31 December, with bids welcomed from non-household users, water retailers and third party water conservation specialists.
Applicants must be Southern Water customers in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Sussex or Kent; the project must deliver a tangible and sustainable reduction (litres/day) in mains water use in area by 31 December 2024; and awardees must provide monthly updates to Southern once the project has launched, together with a full case study at the end.
