South Staffs Water appoints two new directors

South Staffs Water has appointed Dan Rhodes as customer delivery director and Tom Fewster as asset management and investment delivery director.

For the past six years Fewster (pictured right) has been a capital programme manager at United Utilities for major capital projects primarily in the waste water function.

He is a former project manager for capital projects at the Environment Agency , before working in renewable energy sector for United Utilities and RES Group.

Rhodes' (left) responsibilities will include delivering service for household and retailers; overseeing customer and retailer experience; customer operations, and innovation.

He was previously head of customer service at Morrison Water Services, He has also held roles at Severn Trent Water and Morrison Utility Services.
