South Staffordshire appoints new chief commercial officer

Parent of South Staffs Water and Cambridge Water, South Staffordshire, has appointed Barry Hayward as its new chief commercial officer.

Hayward (pictured) joins the Midlands-based company from Wessex Water Enterprises where he was the managing director of four brands; GENeco, Nest Homes, Wessex Searches and Swiss Combi Technology. He starts his new role in January 2024.

Earlier he held other senior roles within the utilities sector, including operational leadership positions at Wessex Water and managing directorships at Water2Business, Flipper and Albion Water.
