South East Water adds Mua Group to its outsourced billing portfolio

South East Water is to provide billing services for independent multi-utility network operator Mua Group.

The contract is for an initial three year period for Mua’s New Appointment and Variation (NAV) business, which was licensed in June.

South East Water will operate a Mua Water-branded online billing portal and telephone support service, as well as sending Mua Water-branded bills to Mua customers across the country.

South East Water already provides similar services for other NAVs, Icosa Water Services and ESP Water.
