Severn Trent appoints two directors to Hafren Dyfrdwy board

Severn Trent Water has appointed James Jesic as the managing director of its Welsh subsidiary, Hafren Dyfrdwy (HD) and Helen Miles as its chief financial officer.

Jesic is currently director of Severn Trent’s customer operations while Miles is its capital delivery and commercial director (both pictured). They will take on their new HD responsibilities alongside those of their existing Severn Trent roles.

They will officially join the HD board from 15 July 2020.
