SES Water appoints new customer chief

SES Water has appointed Debra Goodwin as chief customer officer.


Goodwin (pictured) was previously chief customer officer for three years at digital advertising company Yell. Earlier in her career she was at British Gas parent, Centrica, where she held a number of commercial and operational leadership positions. 


Her remit will include improving and developing the customer experience, and she will have overall responsibility for the company’s C-MeX score and supporting customers with additional needs or those struggling to pay their bill.


She joined SES Water in January 2024.
