Scottish Water ranked among top ten in 2020 customer service league table

Scottish Water was the only UK utility among the top ten companies in the UK Consumer Satisfaction Index league for 2021.

The water company was placed equal ninth with food retailer, Greggs, optician, Specsavers and online holiday broker, Jet2holidays.com in the Institute of Customer Service annual report on The state of customer satisfaction in the UK.

Bank, First Direct topped the table with John Lewis second followed by Amazon UK.
