Sally Mills takes the reins from Richard Stanbrook at Pennon Water Services

Pennon Water Services has appointed South West Water’s regulatory director, Sally Mills, as its new chief executive officer.

Pennon Water Services has been led by managing director Richard Stanbrook, who has now taken up a new post with wholesaler South West Water.

Pennon Water Services is an 80:20 retail joint venture between South West Water owner Pennon Group and South Staffordshire Plc. It trades nationally as Source for Business, serving more than 165,000 non household customers nationwide.

Last week, Source for Business launched a new easy-quote tool for small and medium sized business customers in England, which promised to provide a competitive quote online in five simple steps, without the need for phone calls or paperwork.
