RSK bags surface water management and flood risk consultancy

Environmental, engineering and technical services company RSK Group has acquired specialist engineering company, Richard Allitt Associates (RAA).

RAA is a specialist in hydraulic modelling, surface water management and flood risk consultancy for the urban drainage industry.

The RAA move is RSK Group’s latest in a run of acquisitions that last year included: Binnies, MWH Treatment, and the Water Research Council.

RAA will join RSK's Binnies division. Its current managing director, Richard Allitt will step down but will continue with the business for the next year as a part-time consultant. He will be succeeded by Martin Allitt.
