Ready for tomorrow? Scottish Water chief to give Comiston Lecture

Outgoing Scottish Water chief executive Douglas Millican is to present the 2022 Comiston Lecture, hosted by the Water Industry Commission for Scotland.

Millican (pictured) will reflect on his ten years as chief executive and 20 years on the board and executive team ahead of his retirement, which he announced in January.

In the lecture, called Ready for tomorrow, Millican is expected to share his hopes for the future as he explores the sector's challenges, including the need to decarbonise its activities, continue to deliver best value, and build trust among customers.
