PR24 water resources price control boundary to remain unchanged

Ofwat confirmed last week in a letter to water company regulatory directors that it would retain the boundary of the water resources price control at PR24 as it was at PR19.

The regulator had sought views on extending the it. But in light of responses, and to enable work on the development of strategic water resource options to be prioritised, Ofwat said it would stick with the existing boundary at the next price review.
