Portsmouth Water invites customer views on its 25-year vision

Portsmouth Water has published a 25 year vision statement, a first step towards work on its 2025-30 business plan.
In Excellence in water. Always, Portsmouth Water outlines four priorities:
to secure sustainable water supplies for customers, which protect and enhance the environment in a changing world;
to be at the frontier of delivering high-quality, resilient, net-zero services – for customers, the environment and the region;
to co-create solutions which deliver customers’, communities’, and stakeholders’ priorities; and
affordable water for all – always.
Customers have been invited to provide feedback before 7 October.
