Ofwat moots final enforcement order for retailer Olympos Water

Ofwat has asked for comments by 7 November on its proposal to make a final enforcement order to non-household market retailer Olympos Water.

Olympos has not provided an annually required certificate of adequacy, verifying it has, and will have for the following 12 months, all necessary arrangements in place, including management, financial, technical, operational, and other resources needed to meet its obligations.

Failure to comply with an enforcement order could lead to licence revocation. Ofwat awarded Olympos a retail licence for water and sewerage provision in 2019.
