Northern Ireland Water appoints Echo for customer management
Northern Ireland Water (NIW) has appointed water industry customer service and software provider, Echo Managed Services, to deliver its contact management, billing, and collection management services. The contract will run initially for seven with the option for NIW to extend for a further three.
Director of customer and operations at Northern Ireland Water, Stephanie McCullagh, said the partnership with Echo will enable NIW to “realise a step change in NI Water’s future customer service delivery.” Echo has worked with Northern Ireland Water for the past 17 years.
