No licence issues raised by Northumbrian's new investor

Ofwat has concluded no issues requiring additional licence protections have been raised by the recent change of ownership at Northumbrian Water Group.

In December 2022, global investor KKR & Co bought a 25% stake from CK Hutchinson Holdings and CK Asset Holding.

It has invited views until 3 July.
