New wholesaler member appointed to Code Change Committee

The Strategic Panel’s Code Change Committee has appointed relationship manager at United Utilities, Kye Smith, as a new wholesaler member.

Smith has extensive water industry experience covering more than 25 years in a variety of roles.

The Code Change Committee is responsible for recommending changes to the non-household water retail market rules to support effective competition, and bring about improved customer outcomes and sustainable customer benefit.
