Mike Rathbone and have been appointed as the new joint chairs of the Retailer Wholesaler Group (RWG).
Market strategy manager in the Wholesale Market Unit at Severn Trent Water, Rathbone (pictured right), takes the role of wholesaler chair from Simon Bennett, formerly of Bristol Water (now at MOSL) and co-founder of the RWG.
Director of wholesale, markets and metering at Castle Water, Porter (left), takes the role of retailer chair from Richard Stanbrook, formerly of Pennon Water Services and now with wholesaler, South West Water.
The changes complement a new governance structure for the RWG, which includes a clearer structure of terms of office and succession.
