Natural Resources Wales appoints Binnies to consultancy framework

Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has appointed Binnies to its Water Consultancy Services Framework.

The framework will run for four years from summer 2024 and will predominantly service workstreams in: 

• flood risk management capital schemes and capital maintenance/repair; 

• Reservoirs Act compliance projects; 

• hydrometric and telemetry assets construction and capital maintenance/repair; 

• habitat management and creation; 

• fish passage improvements; 

• Forestry Estate infrastructure such as roads, culverts and bridges; and

• environmental management.

Binnies said the appointment will build on its “existing successful relationship with NRW.”
