MOSL secures ability to raise code change proposals

From 14 January, MOSL will be able to raise change proposals pertaining to any part of the Wholesale Retail Code (WRC), following Ofwat’s approval of change proposals CPM045 and CPW127.

Any change proposals MOSL raises will be subject to the usual current governance and assessment phases overseen by the Panel and Ofwat.

Under previous arrangements, MOSL had to find a proposer or sponsor to raise change proposals pertaining to some parts of the WRC.
