MOSL halts plans to change its articles after no consensus emerges to consultation
MOSL has decided not to put the potential changes it proposed to to its Articles of Association regarding membership, voting rights, quorum and director composition to a member vote after “no clear consensus” emerged from the consultation on its draft plans.
In its December Market Focus newsletter, MOSL reported: “It was felt that while members may support one or two of these changes, for example on reducing quorum, the time and resource required for MOSL to develop these was outweighed by the limited benefit from not progressing the full suite of changes proposed.”
The market operator will explore further options in the New Year.
