MOSL edges up in trading party survey

Water wholesalers and retailers rated MOSL four out of five overall in the latest survey to gauge trading party views of market operator performance. This was up slightly from 3.9 in the 2021 survey.

MOSL reported all core service areas achieved improved ratings: • market operations – 3.8 up from 3.7; • market assurance – 3.8, up from 3.5; • market improvement – 3.8, up from 3.5; • governance and support services – 3.8, up from 3.6; and • engagement and communications – 3.7, up from 3.3.

There was a 78% response rate to the survey.
