MOSL and panel set to review market governance and codes

MOSL and the Codes Panel plan to undertake a Market Governance Review, to consider how the Panel supports effective market governance and to identify desirable improvements.

The review will first consider the functions of the Panel, and will then make recommendations in areas including Panel and committee structure and composition; Panel and committee roles and responsibilities; Code objectives and principles; ways of working; policies; and communication strategy.

In parallel, the Panel has commissioned work for next financial year through its Code Review Steering Group to identify improvements and simplifications to the market codes.
