Ofwat gives green light to more processes for inclusion in the Bilaterals Hub

Ofwat has approved the second Code change being progressed as part of phase 3 of delivering the Bilateral Transactions Programme to smooth interactions between retailers and wholesalers in the retail market.

Under CPW070c, the regulator agreed F4 (customer enquiries) F5 (customer complaints) and G1 (trade effluent enquires) should be added to the Bilaterals Hub. It approved the B5 process (meter repair or replace) under phase 3 in January.

Eight new processes – a retailer and a wholesaler version for each of B5, F4, F5 and G1 – are due to go live at the end of May.
