Mid March now targeted for Competition Markets Authority decisions

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is now targeting “mid March” to deliver its 2020-25 price redeterminations for Bristol Water, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and Northumbrian Water to Ofwat.

The CMA has updated its administrative timetable again last week, moving the target date from w/c 8 March to the middle of the month. The statutory deadline for the appeals to be concluded in 18 March.
