Affinity Water’s current chief executive, Keith Haslett, will take over from Susan Davy as chief executive of Pennon Group, which owns South West Water, Bournemouth Water, Bristol Water and SES Water.
Haslett has led Affinity since 2023, and will take the reins at Pennon in 2026 when his notice period is concluded. He will oversee the group’s AMP8 investments, and steer it through the period of reform to follow from the Cunliffe Review.
David Sproul, chair of Pennon Group, said: "Keith is a seasoned leader in the UK water sector, bringing over 25 years of experience across regulated utilities, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, delivering complex capital programmes, and increasing shareholder value.”
