Jersey seeks cream of non exec appointments anonymously

Jersey Water has appointed two new non-executive directors: Business Stream chief executive officer, Jo Dow (left), and chief executive officer of Jersey Cheshire Home, Donna Abel (right).

The Channel Island company said both were appointed through an “anonymous recruitment process that attracted more than 200 applicants.”

Jersey said this was the first time it had used this process “as a way of removing unconscious bias and attracting applicants with more diverse backgrounds and experience.”
