Investment fund buys Water Direct

Investor, Soris Capital Partners has bought Water Direct for an undisclosed sum.

Water Direct’s new chief executive is Soris’ managing director and entrepreneur, Adam Johnson (pictured) who, supported by a group of investors, leads the partnership.

Soris’ model is to acquire single privately-owned and established businesses to manage with Johnson taking on the role of chief. It says it is “sector agnostic,” but focused on business to business operations.

Water Direct said it anticipated a “seamless transition” and that “day-to-day operation will be unaffected.”
