Innovation Fund round two opens

Ofwat last week opened the second round of its Innovation Fund competition, now called the Water Breakthrough Challenge, to entries. £39m of funding is available across two streams: Catalyst Stream - £5m available for entries seeking funding of between £100,000 and £1m, closing on 8 December 2021.

Transform Stream - £34m available for entries seeking funding of between £1m and £10m. Stage 1 of the Transform Stream will close for entries on 16 November 2021. Stage 2 entries will open on 15 December 2021 and close on 8 February 2022.
