Have your say: British Water opens water company performance survey

British Water’s 2023 water and wastewater company performance survey is now open for responses until 30 June.

Supply chain companies including contractors, consultants and suppliers are invited to rate their clients’ performance over the past year in 12 areas, including innovation, professionalism, contractual approach and communication.

The annual survey provides insight on supply chain experience and water company performance. British Water said this year’s is particularly important as AMP8 approaches.
