Galliford Try names two new appointments in its Environment division

Galliford Try has appointed Stewart Evans to its newly-created role of head of consultancy for its recently enlarged Environment division. The division has also appointed Russell Palmer as general manager

Evans (pictured top) has more than 20 years’ experience in the sector, including client-side experience at Anglian Water and Yorkshire Water. He will lead the growth of Galliford Try Environment’s Consultancy business which offers designservices on a package and secondment basis to the UK water and industrial sectors.

The environment division has appointed Palmer (pictured below) as general manager within its Water Technologies operation.

Palmer has over 13 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked for the Nomenca and nmcn legacy businesses, and will oversee the systems integration function for Galliford Try’s subsidiary, Lintott Control Systems.
