Energy & Utility Skills appoints two new non-executive directors

Energy and Utility Skills has appointed former Highways Agency chief, Graham Dalton, and business development advisor and strategic consultant, Pam Vick as non executive directors.

Vick (pictured left) is a non-executive director on the board of independent news media regulator, Impress, where she chairs the Business Development and Communications Committee, and sits on the Audit and Finance Committee.


She is also a non-executive director on the board of Hendeca Group, a trustee of the British Ecological Society, sits an advisory board for the charity Debra, and is an Ambassador for Women on Boards UK.


During his seven years at the Highways Agency, chartered civil engineer, Dalton (right) led its transition to Highways England. He is currently, a non-executive director at Scottish Water.
