Energy & Utility Skills appoints chair to new qualifications compliance committee
Energy & Utility Skills has appointed Dr Jenifer Moody as a non-executive director and chair of the board’s new End-point Assessment Compliance Committee.
Moody (pictured) has held executive positions at qualification-awarding organisations and acted as Ofqual Responsible Officer.
Energy & Utility Skills said its Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS) is, “the only apprenticeship end-point assessment organisation dedicated to the energy and utilities sector and achieved Ofqual recognition earlier this year. It set up the End-point Assessment Compliance Committee as a sub-committee to EUIAS to ensure compliance with Ofqual’s Conditions of Recognition.
Chief executive of Energy & Utility Skills, Phil Beach, said Moody will be “pivotal in ensuring that we continue to uphold the highest standards in assessment.”
