Echo appoints new chief

Outsourcing business, Echo Managed Services, has appointed Hayley Monks as its new managing director. 

Monks joins South Staffs Water stablemate, Echo, from outsourcing rival, WNS Global Services. She is a co-founder of the Womens' Utilities Network and a former consultancy business owner. She will replace Monica Mackintosh.
