Disconnections among the latest processes to be approved for the bilaterals hub

Ofwat has approved the latest tranche of non-household retail market code changes to expand the functionality of the Bilaterals Hub.

Under CPW139c, wholesaler disconnection and reconnection processes will be grouped and integrated into the hub. Ofwat noted these are the only outstanding processes currently associated with an Operational Performance Standard charge that have not yet been fed in.

Under CWP139d, three processes – review of charges at unmeasured or assessed supply points, wholesaler notice of change in tariff applied to a service component, and retailer application for change in tariff applied to a service component – will be merged into one single process and integrated into the hub.

The implementation date for both changes is 12 December.
