The Competition and Markets Authority CMA) has shifted back slightly the schedule to deliver its redeterminations to Ofwat in the cases of Bristol Water, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and Northumbrian Water. The administrative timetable now cites “late February” as the CMA’s target date, back from “mid February” and just inside the statutory deadline of 18 March.
Last week the CMA published a few further third party submissions to the working papers it published in January. The final deadline for representations in 3 February.
