British Water appoints new chair and UK Forum lead

British Water has appointed RSE chief executive Stephen Slessor to chair its board.

He brings over 25 years of sector experience across engineering, digital construction and strategic leadership roles. He succeeds Arup’s Dr Mark Fletcher, who has held the post for the past three years.

British Water has also appointed Evangelos Petropoulos as its new UK Forum chair. He is consultant and technical and regional leader at Stantec.

Both positions were member elected at British Water’s annual general meeting last week.
