Arqiva appoints new chief legal officer

Communications infrastructure company Arqiva, has appointed Nicola Phillips as chief legal officer.

Phillips (pictured) is a commercial lawyer with a background in the broadcasting, engineering and technology sectors, Her appointment is effective from 01 July and she will sit on the Arqiva executive committee reporting to chief executive, Shuja Khan.

She joins Arqiva from aerospace, defence and energy sectors supplier, Parker-Meggitt where she was deputy general counsel and director of legal operations.
