Anglian Water claims first in health and wellbeing standard award

Anglian Water has claimed to be the first water company to be awarded certification for the new health and wellbeing standard ISO (45003).

The certification was awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSi). Anglian quoted one of its BSI auditors: “Responses from employees were overwhelmingly positive, applauding the business culture, availability of resources and support mechanisms. Leadership and line management endorsement, engagement and continued advocacy of psychosocial risk management was prevalent.

“The strategic framework details how the business intends to support its people, provides a comprehensive and industry-leading wellbeing offering, creates a culture of accountability and looks for opportunities to trailblaze.”
