Anglian partnership to provide support for customers on dialysis and with kidney disease

Anglian Water has partnered with Kidney Care UK to offer a package of support to customers in its region with kidney disease.

This includes a dedicated phone line to the priority services team; discounted tariffs and assistance schemes; signposting external financial assistance; and proactive contact in the event of an incident.

The company said around 870,000 people in tis region have chronic kidney disease with around 10,000 reliant on dialysis which can lead to a personal usage of 7,500 litres of water a week.
